There was a small sign of relief on her face that he actually was clothed, but it wasn't too obvious Red had only caught it because he was watching her so closely. Ruffling his hair a little more he was able to get it to the point of mild dampness, but still anyone who saw him would be able to tell he'd been swimming. Where was a towel when you needed one? Looking back over to Akiva he placed a finger on his chin, "Now why do I feel like that's some kind of test?" He asked with a half smirk. She'd already gotten flustered from being called pretty and having him kiss him, but she really didn't seem to mind being seen in her underwear. Maybe it was because she was still technically covering her private areas.
Red shrugged to himself and turned away, letting her see that he wasn't going to jump at every chance to have her in an awkward moment. He waited a few minutes before turning back to face her slowly, snickering at the two wet spots on her shirt from her soaked bra seeping into the shirt's fabric. "It doesn't feel weird to wear dry clothing over soaking wet underwear?"

When she saw him turn away a small smile came to her face. He wasn't going to look, and he had chosen not to on his own. That was what she had wanted to happen, so yes, like he'd asked it had been some sort of test. Luckily, he passed the test with flying colors.
She hated the fact that there were no towels in the pool area. It was something she thought they would or at least now needed to have in there. Just as back-ups, in case someone forgot to bring one. Akiva was certain there would be wet spots on her shirt, and it seemed Red was seeing them too. "Nope not at all" she told him an obvious hint of sarcasm in her voice

He hadn't known what the girl was thinking or what she was planning, but he turned away just so she'd know that he wasn't all gah-gah over seeing her in her underwear. When he finally turned back to see Akiva dressed, his eyes went past her for a moment. Of course there were towels in there somewhere, most likely just locked away considering the pool wasn't really supposed to be used at this time. When his eyes looked back to the girl he smirked at her sarcasm, "Maybe when you're busy running around later you'll air dry." He joked with a light grin.
Taking slow steps backward to the door of the pool area he raised at brow at the younger ensign. "Guess its about time we end this break, huh?" How long were they gone for anyway?

"Maybe, or I could go in the kitchen and stand next to one of the ovens and dry" she laughed a little. Flipping her head over she wrapped her hands around her ponytail wringing her hair out. After doing this she flipped back over and ran her hands down her uniform, straightening it a little more.
She nodded her head as she started to the door herself "Yeah, I think so" She didn't think they'd been gone that long, but she was certain she was going to be paged soon anyways. The breaks she did get never lasted that long.

"Yeah, but we wouldn't want you falling in." He grinned as he continued moving backward. It was a shame that this had to come to a close, but now that he knew where the pool was he'd definitely be returning whenever he had the chance. Red watched Akiva as she got rid of the water from her hair, in his mind he wondered if he'd run into her again any time soon. Stopping near the door he waited for the girl to reach him.
The doors parted with a swoosh but Red stood in the doorway, blocking Akiva's exit for a moment. "I know I lost, but how about a date anyway?" He asked with a smile, it wasn't really fair for him to try to get his prize even though he lost, but he had a feeling that she'd want him to ask. She kissed his cheek and when he kissed her back she said she liked it, it was only right that they saw how a date would go.

She had finished wringing her hair out and was starting over to the door. They had swooshed open as normal, but she couldn't walk out. The entry and exit way was being blocked. At first she wondered why he had decided to stand there and block her. That is until she heard the question. "I - umm I sure" she smiled, half not expecting him to ask her that
(ooc: sorry for not posting til now, my comp's been on the fritz)
