Charlie will totally plot with her fellow Ensign! Chekov is so adorable! Charlie would find him totally amusing. So I'm thinking really good friends?

Of course! He could use some friends on the ship. Especially someone who will tell off some of the idiots on the ship if they decide to mock poor lil' Chekov for being too young or too Russian.
Wanna thread? Maybe they could meet up in the mess hall or something and discuss an event that just happened?
